Private Session

Private session will include flexibility, core training, and an in depth focus on strengthening your patterns of imbalance.
Introductory Private Session:

Introductory session is for beginners only and is complimentary with purchase of any package.
In this session we'll go over the 5 principles, assess any patterns of imbalance, health history, and overall goals.

Pilates Mat Class- This class is a traditional Pilates mat class. *Beginner and intermediate.
Core, Stretch, Strength and Flexibility- This class uses traditional Pilates repertoire as well as non-traditional moves to stretch and lengthen the muscles while strengthening the core. Very gentle and creates long lean muscles as well as strengthening the pelvic floor. *Beginner/Intermediate
Total Body Conditioning- Tones your body from head to toe using the Pilates understanding of contrology. We will heat up the body by incorporating light hand weights with controlled movement getting the heart rate up to burn calories and build long lean muscles. *Beginner/intermediate
Fusion- This class incorporates Pilates, strength, cardio, and light hand weights. It is a bit faster paced then the mat and total body conditioning class. *Intermediate/advanced

Golf Fitness Programs
(55 minutes)
The weakest part of most golfers' bodies is the part they need most: the core. Without strong, pliable muscles in your stomach, hips, butt and lower back, you can't make a golf swing that is both powerful and technically sound. My training activities include exercises for mobility, stability, strength, speed, power, explosiveness, and control. With specific training for your unique composition you can lower your scores and gain more distance for any level of golfer.
