Me doing a stretch

I am a LMT, I have resided in Livingston, MT for over 25 years, and have been teaching Pilates and fitness for a little over 15 years.

My journey with Pilates started almost 20 years ago. I have always been pretty active, playing softball, volleyball, tennis, etc., I love to hike, paddle board, ski, and golf. Nothing has helped me stay in shape more than doing Pilates on a regular basis.

I specialize in therapeutic massage and fitness. I have worked with pre & post surgical shoulder, knee, and hip replacements. Plantar fasciitis, sciatica, herniated discs, spinal fractures, spondylolisthesis,  osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

I believe everyone's body composition is unique in how it moves through a motion. Adopting this philosophy allows each exercise to be designed to address any patterns of imbalance, thus creating body-mind awareness, giving you a more balanced physic. This mindful awareness will not only aid in the prevention of future injuries, it will create a more flexible, symmetrically muscled body that is strengthened from the inside out.

I studied health and exercise science at Globe University. Certified in golf fitness at the Titleist  Performance Institute. Certified herbalist through the Herbal Academy, and I am a certified holistic nutritionist with emphasis on autoimmune diseases and women's health through AFPA.

I was trained in the Stott Pilates method, which is said to be the "Ivy League" of Pilates.

Stott is based around the 5 basic principles; breath, rib cage placement, pelvic placement, shoulder stability and cervical alignment. These principles are to ensure that each move (exercise) is executed with precision and proper alignment, while focusing on core stability.
