About Me

I am a LMT, I attended the Massage Training Institute of Kalispell, and I am certified in NRT (Neural Reset Therapy), NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy).

Creating change in the tissue is my main objective and helping people return to a pain free life is my goal. I specialize in deep tissue & trigger point therapy, lymph, and fascial release.  I have worked on Pre & Post surgery shoulder, hip, and knee replacements, Plantar Fasciitis,  and Sciatica. 

Our body is an amazing and wondrous thing we take for granted, when it should be the first thing we take care of. It's the only one we get.

Cellulite Restoration with cupping helps to lift the fascial tissue and gets the lymph moving. This vacuum improves blood flow creating better circulation in the affected area, for an esthetically firm and smooth look.
